Hello,
here we are again with the beautiful days coming and which we can enjoy with deeply renewed pleasure.
The deconfinement is happening little by little and we are getting back on the road to our activities more fully. However, we are certainly not the same as three months ago.
Not only time has passed allowing us to understand life and its laws more and more, but this last period has certainly challenged us more than usual. Accustomed to regulate ourselves thanks to the feedback from our environments, we had to cultivate in particular welcoming, attention, transformation, agility, innovation, resilience and that as human beings and also as collectives.
This singular phase tinted with a very particular color a fundamental stone of our sociocratic structure, that of LINK.
This comforts us to continue our path, accompanied by this very sociocratic adage “The link before the task”! Good reading.
